It’s no secret that I love me some noodles – all kinds but I do have a penchant for instant ramen. There’s just something about it. The comfort, the ease, the variety! Of course, I’m a big fan of fresh ramen too but instant ramen is my jam. Over the last few years I’ve tried many different types (including of course, my one true love Shin Ramyun) and it dawned on me that I should start documenting them in my very own guide to instant noodles.  I’ve eaten so many that it seems daft not to collect them into one place to help you find the best there is.
