First off, this is all about the meat so if you’re a veggie – look away now. So – what is Rib Nights? Basically, its an evening where two competing BBQ teams feed a room full of people. Add some booze and a DJ and entertainment and you’re about there. This ticketed event usually happens in Birmingham and sells out quickly (I’ve never managed to get tickets) but for one night only, the competition is coming to Leicester!
For this round, there are two BBQ teams – Miss Piggys BBQ get my vote as they hail from Leicestershire. A professional BBQ compeition team, theyve competed (and won) all over the world! The BBQ Barons are from down south and relatively new to the competition world so lets see if they can beat the mighty Midlands!
